Terms & Refund Policy

What THE SHIFT is, and isn't

THE SHIFT provides education and wellness programs, content and products. It is not medical treatment, therapy or counselling, and nothing we provide replaces advice from a qualified health practitioner. Decisions about menopausal hormone therapy or any treatment should always be made with your doctor. You must be 18 or over to purchase.

Purchases and payment

Program and membership purchases are processed through Kajabi; barely product purchases are processed through our Shopify store and subject to its shipping and returns terms. Payment plan instalments are a commitment to the full purchase price. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Taxes are applied where required by your location.

Refunds: our 30-day guarantee

The Shift Method comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Complete the first two weeks of the program; if you decide it is not for you, email hello@schoolofsexualwellness.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any printed workbook already shipped is yours to keep. The Shift Circle membership can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; change-of-mind refunds are not provided for periods already billed. Digital downloads are not refundable for change of mind once accessed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent protections in the UK, EU and United States. Where those laws give you a stronger remedy than this policy, that law applies.

Community conduct

Our community spaces are private and built on respect. Members must not share other members' identities, stories or content outside the community, and must not provide medical advice to other members. We may remove any member who breaches these standards, with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period.

Intellectual property

All program content, including The Shift Method, the Genital Reconnection Method™ and all workbooks, is owned by the School of Sexual Wellness and licensed to you for personal use only. It may not be shared, reproduced or used to deliver services to others without written permission.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount paid for it. Governing law: to be confirmed by your legal adviser to match the entity you trade under. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
